The Last Word in Bespoke Fitted Furniture

Smart Life International

Customisable stock ranges are all well and good, but for the last word in high-end bespoke fitted furniture, the designers at Artichoke are the people to see.   Having made a considerable name for themselves with their custom-built kitchens, the company has since branched out into other areas of the home, including bathrooms.

Witness, for example, the project shown here – limestone splashbacks are offset by black walnut cabinets with laundry baskets cunningly positioned underneath the work surfaces.   The polished chrome fittings beneath the plasma screen provide additional storage, while the ‘his and hers' sinks have concealed plumbing to maintain the neat and streamlined look.

Make no mistake, Artichoke are the real deal, with staff having been previously involved in commissions for Windsor Castle, Sir Norman Foster's London apartment and a Saudi palace.   Proudly stating that no two of their designs are ever the same, consultations take place strictly by appointment only at their London-based Chelsea Design Studio or Somerset workshops.
